Chinda Accura did not start from nothing. It grew out of Chinda & Associates, the Hyderabad chartered accountancy practice established in 2015, and it was founded with the strategic oversight of CA Ram Mohan Raju Chinda.
Working inside that practice, our team saw the same pattern repeat across industries and company sizes. Businesses were well served on audit, tax and compliance, and then left on their own for everything that came before it: the planning, the cash visibility, the decision about whether this year's growth was actually affordable. Sreelatha Ram Mohan Chinda is a Managing Director of Chinda Accura, leading the firm's growth, client relationships and day-to-day direction, and brings 16 years of experience across finance operations, client advisory and business management.
Her background pairs quantitative training with a commercial one. She holds a BSc in Mathematics and an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, completed between 2007 and 2009. It is what allows her to read a business from both sides: the analytical discipline to interrogate a set of numbers, and a genuine understanding of the people and market forces sitting behind them.
Across those 16 years, much of her work was deeply involved with Chinda & Associates, where she worked closely with the practice and directly alongside a wide range of its clients. That period gave her something no qualification does on its own, which is a first-hand view of what businesses actually struggle with: not the filing itself, but the planning, the cash visibility and the decisions that come before it. She saw the same gap recur across industries and client sizes.
Chinda Accura is her answer to it. Harish Kornepati is a Managing Director of Chinda Accura, where he brings together cost discipline and enterprise systems expertise.
He is a CMA (Inter) with a specialisation in SAP. It is a pairing that matters more than it might sound. Cost and management accounting is the discipline of understanding where money actually goes inside a business, line by line and process by process. SAP is where that detail lives for most large organisations. Knowing both means he can trace a cost from the ledger back to the process that created it, and then fix the process rather than just reporting the number.
That systems fluency also shapes how Chinda Accura approaches technology. The firm implements Dynamics 365, Power Platform and custom automation for clients, and having leadership who has worked inside enterprise ERP from the finance side keeps that work grounded in what finance teams genuinely need, rather than what looks good in a demo.
CA Ram Mohan Raju Chinda is a Chartered Accountant with 16 years of experience across audit, assurance, taxation and business advisory, and the founder of Chinda & Associates, the Hyderabad practice he established in 2015.
What began as an audit and assurance firm has grown into a two-arm practice serving businesses across the country. Chinda & Associates covers the regulated side of the work: statutory and tax audits, due diligence, secretarial and corporate law compliance, and tax assessments spanning international tax and GST. Accura LLP extends that foundation into virtual CFO services, client accounting, business advisory, and AI-led finance automation. Together they serve manufacturing, healthcare and pharma, real estate, retail and e-commerce, education, startups, foreign entities operating in India, and private clients.
Over those 16 years he has built a reputation for the same thing the numbers themselves demand: getting it right the first time, and then explaining what it actually means for the business. That instinct, treating financial rigour as the starting point rather than the deliverable, is what shaped the thinking behind Chinda Accura.
